By entering, participants agree to be bound by these raffle terms and conditions.

WitStock is the promoter of the Raffle and hold a small society lottery license with Waverley Borough Council, registration number 2023/27.

Eligibility. This Raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 they will be refunded, exempt from the Raffle and will forfeit their prize, if any.

Those persons who satisfy the terms and conditions are considered an Eligible Participant.

Raffle Entries. Eligible Participants may purchase more than one entry for the raffle.

Payment. Payment for Raffle tickets can be made online via by debit/credit card or paypal, or at the event via debit/credit card or cash. Full payment for each ticket must be received in cleared funds before the ticket can be entered into the draw. Only tickets for which full payment has been received are eligible to win a prize. All Raffle entry sales are final and no refunds shall be made at any time. All participants acknowledge that their payment of £1 per entry to the Raffle does not guarantee that they will win any prize. Payment in advance of the draw is required. WitStock is not responsible for any delays in bank payments. Monies raised by this Raffle will support the general work of WitStock including donations to beneficiaries and the hosting of future events.

Fair and open draws. The draw will be undertaken publically at WitStock on the 13th May 2023. Draws are conducted by selection of a random number from all entered tickets. Draw results and winners are available on request. The result of the Raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into. There are no alternatives to any prize and no interest will be payable. Prizes are subject to change and ticket purchase does not guarantee the availability of any advertised prize on the day of the draw. Prize money will be paid to the winners within 14 working days of the draw. The winners of any unclaimed Raffle prizes will be notified by email or telephone (dependent on the information provided at the time of sale). All participants are solely responsible for providing their accurate and up-to-date contact details at the time of ticket purchase, and WitStock will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to contact any participant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details that the participant has provided.

Privacy and contact. WitStock is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Personal information that is collected from participants is used lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (GDPR).
