Set Up / Clear Down

• Arrival time from 8.30am

• Vehicles allowed onto Witley Recreation Ground (access from end furthest away from Chichester Hall - see map or use what three words ///tadpole.homing.poorly).

• Access passes for cars will be emailed to participants w/c 8th May - each access pass will provde access to the field for stall set up and free parking in the designated car park.

• Please drive SLOWLY and CAREFULLY. Do not drive on the football pitch at the bottom of the field. It is best to stick to the edges of the field – the soggiest bit is in the dip in the middle. Follow instructions given by volunteers on the day.

• Stalls will be marked on the grass. Location plan is below but is subject to change until the 10th May. Please see anybody in a WitStock hi-vis jacket if you need assistance

• All vehicles to be moved to the car park by 11:30 (only vehicles with prior arrangement to be left on field)

• Cars will be allowed back on the field as soon as it is safe at about 15 minutes after the end of the Grand Draw at 4pm. Please DRIVE SLOWLY & CAREFULLY as the field will still be in use for the Sundowner

• Recycling must be taken away with you, only rubbish that can not be recycled can be placed in the large wheelie bin in Chichester Hall carpark (in black sacks please)

• Please note that access to wifi or electricity or water is not provided unless by prior agreement

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER 18'S MAY NOT TAKE PART IN ANY ACTIVITY/GAME OR RAFFLE THAT INCLUDES ALCOHOL AS A PRIZE. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE WITSTOCK RAFFLE

Please bring;

• A printed car pass to display in your vehicle at all times

• Your own gazebo (3x3m max unless otherwise agreed in advance), table, chairs etc and consider using weights on your gazebo legs - it can be windy on the field.

• A printed copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate (if applicable) to display on your stall

• A sign for your stall and please plan to decorate your stall to brighten the fair - the brighter the fair, the better the event!

• Black rubbish bags for your rubbish and containers for your recycling
