STALLHOLDERS;To book an arrival time, please select the stallholder WITH vehicle option, and complete the booking form. You will receive a confirmation email after booking - we ask that you read this carefully as your arrival instructions may differ from another stallholder located on a different part of the field.

If you do not need to bring a vehicle onto the Chichester Hall field to set up your stall, please select the stallholder WITHOUT vehicle option.

KIDSZONE STALLHOLDERS;To book an arrival time, please select the kidszone WITH vehicle option, and complete the booking form. You will receive a confirmation email after booking - we will email you separately with entrance instructions. If you do not need to bring a vehicle onto the Chichester Hall field to set up your stall, please select the stallholder WITHOUT vehicle option.

CATERING VENDORS & SUPPLIERS; Please select the catering vendor or supplier option, select an arrival time and provide as much information as possible to ensure we can plan for the smoothest possible arrival for you. We will email you separately with entrance instructions
